ifo Architektenumfrage: Erfreulich gute Geschäftslage

Abstract

Das Geschäftsklima bei den freischaffenden Architekten in Deutschland hat sich zu Beginn des zweiten Quartals 2012 sichtlich verbessert. Das ergab die vierteljährliche Architektenumfrage des ifo Instituts. Einen ähnlich hohen Wert für den Klimaindex gab es das letzte Mal Mitte der neunziger Jahre in der Schlussphase des Wiedervereinigungsbooms. Auch die Auftragseingänge entwickelten sich sehr positiv, vor allem im Nichtwohnbau. Die Auftragsvergaben öffentlicher Institutionen explodierten – dank einiger Großaufträge – förmlich und übertrafen im ersten Quartal 2012 den Wert des Vorquartals um fast 80%.
