Die deutsche Elektroindustrie im europäischen Vergleich

Abstract

Eine Analyse von Andreas Gontermann, ZVEI, Frankfurt am Main, zeigt, dass die Elektroindustrie in Europa in weiten Teilen von fünf Ländern getragen wird. Vergleicht man die deutsche Elektroindustrie mit ihren Schwesterbranchen in Frankreich, Großbritannien, Italien und Spanien, wird deutlich, dass die heimische Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie nicht nur sämtliche Größenverhältnisse in Europa dominiert, sondern dass sie sich in den letzten 15 Jahren auch wesentlich dynamischer als ihre europäischen Pendants entwickelt und damit ihre internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit spürbar weiter verbessert hat.
