ifo Architektenumfrage: Wieder mehr Planungsaufträge für Wohngebäude

Abstract

Nach den Umfrageergebnissen des ifo Instituts bei den freischaffenden Architekten hat sich das Geschäftsklima zu Beginn des dritten Quartals 2010 kaum verändert. Es ist, wie bereits seit etwa einem Jahr, freundlich. Das geschätzte Bauvolumen aus den neu abgeschlossenen Verträgen im Wohnungsbau lag im zweiten Quartal 2010 um etwa ein Viertel über dem Wert des Vorquartals. In den vorangegangenen rund zwei Jahren gelang es den Architekten, ihre Aufträge zur Planung von Wohngebäuden nahezu kontinuierlich zu erhöhen. So übertraf das akquirierte Volumen der Aufträge in diesem Teilsektor die Volumina vom ersten Quartal 2009 um rund 85%, die des ersten Quartals 2008 sogar um mehr als 100%.
