Perspektiven für die Gießereiindustrie – Update der Prognose Guss 2020

Abstract

In den vergangenen Jahren konnte die deutsche Gießereiindustrie überproportional vom globalen Wachstum profitieren und in Europa ihrer Konkurrenz Marktanteile abnehmen. Die globale Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise hat die Branche in ihren Sog gezogen, die Produktion brach 2009 voraussichtlich um 35% ein. Zuletzt hat sich die Situation stabilisiert. Die Auftragseingänge aus wichtigen Abnehmerbereichen erholen sich. Die Auslastung der Kapazitäten ist mit 60 bis 65% sehr niedrig, und die Unternehmen befinden sich in einer wirtschaftlich schwierigen Situation. Ein Anstieg der Produktion 2010 wird noch nicht ausreichen, die Ertragslage grundlegend zu stärken. Erst in den folgenden Jahren einer konjunkturellen Erholung werden die Unternehmen expandieren, ihre Marktanteile international weiter ausbauen und bei hoher Kapazitätsauslastung ihre Ertragskraft wieder gewinnen.
