Stabiles ifo Weltwirtschaftsklima

Abstract

Das ifo Weltwirtschaftsklima ist im zweiten Quartal 2007 unverändert auf einem hohen Niveau geblieben und liegt deutlich über dem langfristigen Durchschnitt. Die weiterhin sehr positive Einschätzung der derzeitigen wirtschaftlichen Lage hat sich nur minimal abgeschwächt. Die Erwartungen für die nächsten sechs Monate hellten sich weiter auf und deuten auf eine robuste Weltkonjunktur im zweiten Halbjahr 2007 hin. Der Klimaindex fällt jedoch in den drei großen Wirtschaftsregionen Westeuropa, Nordamerika und Asien unterschiedlich aus. Während er in Westeuropa erneut stieg und ein sechsjähriges Hoch erreichte, fiel er in Nordamerika und Asien.
