Neue Bundesländer: Enormer Investitionsanstieg im verarbeitenden Gewerbe

Abstract

Nach den aktuellen Ergebnissen des ifo Investitionstests neue Bundesländer wollen die Unternehmen des ostdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes im laufenden Jahr etwa 8,6 Mrd. € in neue Bauten und Ausrüstungsgüter investieren. Das entspricht - im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr - einem Anstieg von 5%. Für das Jahr 2006 ergeben die Meldungen der Erhebungsteilnehmer einen steilen Anstieg der Investitionen von 20½%. Zu diesem enormen Plus trugen vor allem die extremen Investitionsentwicklungen in der Elektrotechnischen und der Chemischen Industrie bei: Durch den gut 40%igen Anstieg um mehr als eine halbe Mrd. € vergrößert die Elektrotechnische Industrie den Abstand zur nachfolgenden Branche erheblich, allein die Investitionen dieses Wirtschaftszweiges erreichen ein Viertel des Gesamtvolumens im verarbeitenden Gewerbe. Die zweite Position nimmt - durch einen Investitionsanstieg um fast 70% - die Chemische Industrie ein. Damit wurden etwa 40% der gesamten Investitionen des ostdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes 2006 allein in diesen beiden Branchen getätigt.
