Branchen im Blickpunkt: Daten und Fakten zum deutschen Fleischmarkt

Abstract

Die deutsche Öffentlichkeit und die deutsche Politik sehen sich seit geraumer Zeit mit der Thematik von "Gammelfleisch-Skandalen" konfrontiert, wobei die im Sommer 2006 beanstandeten 1 500 t Fleisch 0,3 Promille der in Deutschland pro Jahr für den menschlichen Verzehr nachgefragten Fleischmengen darstellen. In diesem Beitrag wird ein Überblick über den deutschen Fleischmarkt gegeben und Entwicklungstendenzen aufgezeigt.
