Westdeutsche Industrie: Nach dreijährigem Rückgang Investitionsbelebung

Abstract

Nach den aktuellen Ergebnissen des ifo Investitionstests wollen die Unternehmen des westdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes 2006 fast 5% mehr in neue Bauten und Ausrüstungsgüter investieren als im letzten Jahr. Für das Jahr 2005 ergeben die Meldungen der Erhebungsteilnehmer einen Anstieg von knapp 2%. Vorrangiges Investitionsziel der westdeutschen Industrieunternehmen ist die Ersatzbeschaffung. Knapp ein Drittel der Investitionsausgaben sind diesem Motiv zuzuordnen. An zweiter Stelle folgt mit einem Anteil von einem Viertel die Kapazitätserweiterung, die weiter rückläufige Rationalisierung liegt mit einem Sechstel der Investitionsausgaben auf dem dritten Platz.
