ifo Konjunkturtest zeigt noch kein Ende des Beschäftigtenabbaus im verarbeitenden Gewerbe an

Abstract

Nach den Angaben der Unternehmen im ifo Konjunkturtest zeigten die Beschäftigtenpläne der Unternehmen im verarbeitenden Gewerbe im Verlauf des Jahres 2004 eine deutliche Verlangsamung des Beschäftigtenabbaus an. Diese Tendenz ließ darauf hoffen, dass der Abbau bald zum Stillstand kommen könnte. Doch seit Dezember sind die Ergebnisse der Befragungen wieder pessimistischer und machen keine Hoffnung darauf, dass im ersten Halbjahr 2005 das Ende des Abbaus erreicht wird.
