Effizienzmessung eines nationalen Wirtschaftsförderprogramms

Abstract

Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH führt im Auftrag des Bundesministeriums für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung (BMZ) seit 1998 ein Kooperationsprojekt mit dem tunesischen Ministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie im Rahmen des nationalen Wirtschaftsförderungsprogramms "Mise à Niveau" durch. Zur besseren Effizienzmessung des Programms wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit dem ifo Institut ein qualitatives Messinstrument in Anlehnung an Konjunkturklimaerhebungen entwickelt und eingeführt.
