Interindustrielle Lohndifferenzierung in Zentraleuropa

Abstract

In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden die interindustriellen Lohnstrukturen in den neuen Bundesländern und in ausgewählten mittel- und osteuropäischen Ländern, in denen die Transformation unterschiedlich stark vorangetrieben wurde, betrachtet. Zur besseren Einordnung der Ergebnisse werden die Lohnstrukturen in diesen Ländern mit denen in einer etablierten Marktwirtschaft (Westdeutschland) verglichen. Von Interesse ist in diesem Zusammenhang die Frage, wie sich die Löhne in den Wirtschaftsbereichen entwickelt haben, da sich hieraus Rückschlüsse auf die internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Branchen, aber auch auf den Arbeitsmarkt in den einzelnen Volkswirtschaften ziehen lassen.
