Abstract

Mit der Liberalisierung der Handwerksordnung wird nur noch für eine gegrenzte Anzahl von Handwerksberufen der Meisterbrief als Zugangsvoraussetzung für die berufliche Selbständigkeit verlangt. Dr. Barbara Henman, Universität zu Köln, sieht darin »einen Gewinn für den Bürger«. Denn ihrer Meinung nach war es notwendig und überfällig, die bisher geltenden Regelungen zu überprüfen und zu vereinfachen.
