Norwegen: Doch noch Beitritt zur Europäischen Union?

Abstract

2002 nahm in Norwegen das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt um etwa 1¼% und damit dem westeuropäischen Durchschnitt entsprechend zu. Auf dem Arbeitsmarkt blieb die Situation stabil, und die Arbeitslosenquote lag im Jahresdurchschnitt bei 3,9%. Die Lebenshaltungskosten erhöhten sich um 1,3%. 2003 dürfte das reale BIP nur um etwa 1% expandieren. Die Arbeitslosenquote wird sich im Schnitt des Jahres auf 4½% erhöhen, und die Konsumentenpreise werden um 2½% über dem Niveau von 2002 liegen. 2004 wird die Konjunktur zunehmend an Schwung gewinnen. Das reale BIP dürfte um 2½% steigen. Die Arbeitslosenquote wird aber noch bei 4½% verharren. Die Preissteigerung wird 2¾% betragen.
