Elektroindustrie: Der Aufschwung lässt auf sich warten

Abstract

Die Nachfrageschwäche, die im Jahr 2001 auch die Elektroindustrie in Deutschland erfasst hatte, setzte sich im bisherigen Verlauf des Jahres 2002 fort. In den ersten acht Monaten sanken der in- und ausländische Auftragseingang sowie die Produktion und der Umsatz der Elektroindustrie. Beim Blick auf das künftige Geschäft zeichnet sich derzeit noch keine nachhaltige Verbesserung ab. Die reale Produktion der Elektroindustrie im Jahr 2002 dürfte um etwa 4% zurückgehen, wobei das Minus bei Investitionsgütern (- 4%) etwas stärker ausgeprägt sein wird als bei Gebrauchsgütern (- 3%). Die Unternehmen setzen ihre Hoffnungen auf das Jahr 2003. Dann wird sich vor allem die Investitionstätigkeit im Inland wieder verbessern, die privaten Konsumausgaben dürften zunehmen, und die Ausfuhr der traditionell exportorientierten Elektroindustrie wird sich beleben.
