Die Vorschläge der Hartz-Kommission

Abstract

Am 16. August wird die von der Bundesregierung unter der Federführung des VW-Personalvorstands Peter Hartz eingesetzte Kommission ihre Vorschläge zur Reform der Arbeitsämter und der Vermittlungstätigkeit vorstellen. Erste Eckpunkte, die vorzeitig bekannt wurden, werden von Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Franz, ZEW und Universität Mannheim, in drei Kategorien eingeteilt, „sinnvolle Maßnahmen, ausbaufähige Empfehlungen und abzulehnende Ratschläge“. Auch für Prof. Dr. Rainer Fehn, Universität München, enthalten die „bislang bekannten Vorschläge der Hartz-Kommission zwar einige sinnvolle Ansatzpunkte ..., wichtige institutionelle Probleme (werden) aber gar nicht angegangen...“ .
