Finnland - Konjunkturelle Erholung nach scharfem Abschwung

Abstract

2001 erlebte die finnische Wirtschaft eine rasche und harte Landung der Konjunktur. Das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt nahm nur noch um knapp 3/4% zu. Entscheidend für das geringe Wachstum war die ausgeprägte Rezession des Exports, insbesondere die Absatzkrise des IT-Sektors. Aber 2002 stehen auch für die finnische Wirtschaft die Signale wieder auf Aufschwung. Das reale BIP wird um reichlich 1 1/2% expandieren. Die Arbeitslosenquote dürfte im Jahresdurchschnitt auf etwa 9 3/4% steigen, und die Konsumentenpreise erhöhen sich um reichlich 1 1/2%. 2003 dürfte die Wirtschaft um ungefähr 3% wachsen. Die Beschäftigung nimmt um etwa 1/2% zu, und die Preise dürften das Niveau von 2002 um reichlich 1 3/4% übersteigen.
