Norwegen: Von Weltwirtschaftsflaute wenig tangiert

Abstract

In Norwegen expandierte das Wirtschaftswachstum im Jahr 2000 um 2,3% und damit erneut schwächer als im Durchschnitt der anderen westeuropäischen Länder. Die Arbeitslosenquote erhöhte sich um 0,2 auf 3,4%. Der Preisanstieg war mit 3,1 % lebhaft. 2001 dürfte das reale Bruttoinlandsprodukt um fast 1 ½ % zunehmen. Die Konsumentenpreise werden sich im Schnitt des Jahres um etwa 3% erhöhen und die Arbeitslosenquote bleibt mit etwa 3 ½ % stabil. Im Jahr 2002 wird das Wirtschaftswachstum um fast 2 ¼ % zunehmen, und die Konjunktur gerät wieder an den Rand einer Überhitzung.
