Aus- und Weiterbildung für unternehmensbezogene Dienstleister

Abstract

Die Leistungsfähigkeit deutscher Anbieter unternehmensbezogener Dienstleister ist eher gering und die internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unzureichend. Dies ist - wie das ifo Institut in einer Befragung von Unternehmensdienstleistern ermitteln konnte - auf wirtschaftshistorische, aber auch aktuelle Faktoren zurückzuführen. Ein wesentlicher Standortnachteil wird durch das unzureichende Angebot an qualifizierten Arbeitskräften verursacht. Dies zeigt sich in einem partiellen Fachkräftemangel und vor allem in der zu engen Qualifikation der Arbeitskräfte, die zwar gute Fachkenntnisse, aber wenig komplementäre Qualifikationen vorweisen können.
