Abstract

Das ifo Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung hat eine private Stiftung geprüft, deren primäre Aufgabe die Weiterbildung von Führungskräften und die Förderung des Führungsnachwuchses im inhabergeführten Einzelhandel ist. Dieser Beitrag setzt die Ergebnisse des Gutachtens, soweit es um allgemeine Fragen der Weiterbildung von Führungskräften geht, in Bezug zum derzeitigen Angebot am Weiterbildungsmarkt und der Wettbewerbssituation dieses Wirtschaftszweigs.
