Westdeutsche Industrie: Auslastung und Auftragsbestände gesunken

Abstract

Die Betriebe des verarbeitenden Gewerbes (ohne Nahrungs- und Genussmittel) nutzten ihre Produktionsanlagen im März zu 87,1 %. Der Auslastungsgrad war damit deutlich weniger als im Dezember (87,8%). Die Reichweite der Auftragsbestände hat sich gleichzeitig von 3,0 Produktionsmonaten (Jahresende 2000) auf 2,9 Monate verkürzt und wurde zunehmend als zu klein angesehen. In den neuen Bundesländern sank die Auslastung von 84,7% im Dezember auf 83,4%, und die Auftragsbestände wurden ungünstiger eingeschätzt.
