Schweden: Exportrückschlag schwächt Konjunktur

Abstract

Im Jahr 2000 setzte sich der kräftige gesamtwirtschaftliche Aufschwung bis ins dritte Quartal fort. Die reale Bruttoinlandsproduktion expandierte um 3,6%. Die Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt verbesserte sich weiter. Die Arbeitslosenquote ging im Jahresdurchschnitt auf 5,9% zurück, die Konsumentenpreise stiegen nur um 1,3%. 2001 dürfte sich das reale BIP um 2 1/2 % erhöhen und damit wieder annähernd parallel zur Ausweitung des Produktionspotentials verlaufen. Die Arbeitslosenquote bleibt auch 2001 mit 5 1/2 % niedriger als im westeuropäischen Mittel.
