Westdeutsche Industrie: Unveränderte Auslastung, schwächere Auftragslage

Abstract

Die Betriebe des westdeutschen verarbeitenden Gewerbes nutzten im Dezember ihre Produktionsanlagen zu 87,7%. Im Vergleich zum September 2000 blieb somit die Kapazitätsauslastung wieder unverändert, während die Auftragsbestände von 3,1 Produktionsmonaten auf 3,0 Monate zurückgingen. In den neuen Bundesländern sank die Auslastung von 85,4% im September auf 84,7%, die Reichweite der Auftragsbestände nahm von 3,2 auf 3,1 Monate ab. Für die kommenden Monate rechneten die Teilnehmer auch für das Exportgeschäft mit insgesamt weniger kräftigem Auftrieb.
