Gibt es Änderungsbedarf bei der Regulierung der Telekommunikation?

Abstract

Im Rahmen der Überprüfung der deutschen Regulierungsordnung für die Telekommunikationswirtschaft hat das Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Technologie das ifo Institut beauftragt, das Zusammenwirken zwischen der sektorspezifischen Regulierungsbehörde, der Wettbewerbsbehörde und den Fachministerien bei der Marktöffnung und der Sicherstellung des Wettbewerbs im Telekommunikationsbereich am Beispiel ausgewählter Länder zu untersuchen. Die zwei folgenden Aufsätze beschäftigen sich mit der ökonomischen und institutionellen Evaluierung der im Ländervergleich gewonnenen Ergebnisse.
