Einzelhandel: Umsatzhoffnungen stützen Investitionstätigkeit

Abstract

Im Einzelhandel entwickelt sich der Umsatz zwar weniger günstig, nicht zuletzt aufgrund des Zwangs, die Kosten zu senken, ist die lnvestitionsbereitschaft aber nach wie vor sehr hoch. Nach den zum ifo Investitionstest gemeldeten Plänen für 2000 wollen die Unternehmen mit rund 24 Mrd. DM etwa ebenso viel investieren wie im Vorjahr.
