Baukonjunktur in Europa: Abschwächung der Nachfrage 2001 und 2002

Abstract

Im Juni 2000 fand in Wien die 49. EUROCONSTRUCT-Konferenz statt. Die Mitgliedsinstitute der Bauforschungsgruppe aktualisierten ihre im Januar vorgelegten Prognosen des realen Bauvolumens für 15 westeuropäische Länder und vier Ost-mitteleuropäische Staaten. Die Aggregation der nationalen Schätzungen ergibt für dieses Jahr einen Anstieg der Bauaktivitäten um 3,1%. Für die Jahre 2001 und 2002 muss bereits wieder mit einer Verlangsamung des Wachstums auf jeweils knapp 2% gerechnet werden.
