Handel : hohe Wettbewerbsintensität fördert Anpassungsprozesse

Abstract

Der Ausleseprozeß im ostdeutschen Groß- und Einzelhandel wird sich infolge der zunehmenden Intensität des Preis- und Leistungswettbewerbs verschärfen. Da die in der Massendistribution engagierten Großunternehmen nur eingeschränkt in der Lage sind, ihr Angebot gezielt den regionalen und lokalen Nachfrage- und Bedarfsstrukturen anzupassen, bieten sich dem mittelständischen Handel in den neuen Bundesländern die Chance, sich mit einem betriebsindividuellen Leistungsprofil von den Unternehmen mit zentralisiertem Systemmarketing abzusetzen.
