Westdeutsche Bauwirtschaft : für 1994 noch sehr vorsichtige Investitionsplanung

Abstract

Die Bauproduktion dürfte im Jahresdurchschnitt 1993 das Vorjahresergebnis nur um real 0,5% übertreffen. Die Unternehmen der Bauwirtschaft haben angesichts der deutlich abgeschwächten Wachstumsdynamik mit einem erheblichen Nachlassen der Investitionsbereitschaft im Jahresverlauf reagiert und ihre Investitionsausgaben drastisch gekürzt. Wie die Erhebungsergebnisse zeigen, dürften die Bruttoanlageinvestitionen des Baugewerbes in diesem Jahr um knapp 20% unter dem Vorjahresniveau liegen; das ergibt real ein Minus von fast 21%. Im nächsten Jahr wird sich das Wachstumstempo in der Bauwirtschaft nur unwesentlich beschleunigen; wiederum wird der Wohnungsbau alleinige Stütze der Baukonjunktur sein. Die Bauproduktion wird im Jahresdurchschnit 1994 um real knapp 2% über dem diesjährigen Ergebnis liegen. Den Hochschätzungen zufolge ergibt sich ein Rückgang der Bruttoanlageinvestitionen im westdeutschen Baugewerbe um etwa 5%, real betrachtet um reichlich 6%. Die Rationalisierungsmaßnahmen gewinnen als vorrangiges Ziel für Investitionsentscheidungen erheblich an Bedeutung.
