Technologieschutz in Japan : Strategien für Unternehmenskooperationen

Abstract

Die Erschließung des japanischen Marktes ist für Neulinge häufig nur in Anlehnung an japanische Partner möglich. Die generelle Tendenz zur Internationalisierung der japanischen Wirtschaft hat die Möglichkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit für leistungsstarke deutsche Unternehmen verbessert. Zu den Hauptrisiken des deutschen Partners bei derartigen Kooperationen gehört der Verlust des anfänglich vorhandenen technologischen Wettbewerbsvorsprungs. Im vorliegenden Bericht wurde untersucht, welche Strategien geeignet erscheinen, den Technologieschutz in Kooperationen mit japanischen Firmen zu gewährleisten.
