Der Markt für Designleistungen in den EG-Ländern

Abstract

Mit der Vollendung des EG-Binnenmarktes sind auch der freie Dienstleistungsverkehr und die Niederlassungsfreiheit verbunden. Das ifo Institut hat die Märkte für Designerleistungen in den Benelux-Staaten, Großbritannien, Italien und Spanien untersucht, um den überwiegend kleinbetrieblich organisierten Designstudios in Deutschland die Beurteilung ihrer Chancen im europäischen Binnenmarkt zu erleichtern. Neben den unterschiedlich strukturierten Märkten (in Großbritannien und teilweise auch in Italien dominieren große Designerstudios, während in den anderen Ländern auch eher kleine Betriebe überwiegen) sind dabei die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen, die gesamtwirtschaftlichen Perspektiven sowie die spezifischen Tendenzen auf den Designmärkten zu berücksichtigen. Insgesamt eröffnen sich den deutschen Designern gute Perspektiven.
