Privatisierung im Widerstreit der Interessen und Meinungen

Abstract

Bis Ende April 1991 wurde immerhin bereits jedes sechste Unternehmen des produzierenden Gewerbes in der ehemaligen DDR privatisiert. Allein in der Monaten Februar und März gelang es, etwa 600 Treuhandunternehmen zu verkaufen. Die Gesamtzahl der Transaktionen belief sich in den ersten zehn Monaten seit der Wirtschafts- und Währungsunion auf rd. 1.600, davon mehr als 1.000 kleine und mittlere Betriebe. Trotz dieser Erfolge wird die Treuhandanstalt wegen der schwierigen Probleme wohl noch über Jahre hinaus tätig sein.
