Das technologische Potential der RGW-Länder im Spiegel der Patentstatistik

Abstract

Mit Hilfe der ifo-Patentstatistik zeigt der Verfasser, daß die UdSSR, Ungarn,die DDR und die Tschechoslowakei die patentaktivsten Länder des RGW sind, wobei die DDR durch die besonderen Beziehungen zur Bundesrepublik eine Sonderstellung einnimmt. Eine Zuordnung der RGW-Patente nach Branchen der Patentklassifikation ergiebt, daß das Forschungsmanagement in den einzelnen Ländern des RGW in Form der Planung von Wissenschaft und Technik dem Aufkommen völlig neuer Technologien,in der Informationsstatistik nahezu ohnmächtig gegenüberstand. Als Anhang erscheint eine Liste der als Patentanmelder auftretenden DDR-Unternehmen.
