Zur Abschätzung der volkswirtschaftlichen Bedeutung einer Branche oder eines Unternehmens

Abstract

Mit Hilfe von Input-Output-Analysen können wichtige Wirkungszusammenhänge im Produktionsbereich einer Volkswirtschaft erfaßt werden. Bei einem Unternehmen oder einer Branche sind die indirekten Beschäftigungseffekte (Konsumnachfrage, Vorleistungen usw.) wesentlich höher als die direkten (Verlust von Arbeitsplätzen usw.). - Diese Behauptung wird vom Autor mit Hilfe eines Beispiels (öffentliche Musik- und Sprechtheater in München) erläutert. - Input-Output-Tabellen bilden die Ströme von Gütern und Dienstleistungen, die zwischen den verschiedenen Sektoren der Wirtschaft und den Wirtschaftssubjekten innerhalb einer bestimmten Periode geflossen sind, ab.
