Die Ergebnisse der sächsischen „Kommission zur Ermittlung des künftigen Personalbedarfs“ – Eine Bewertung

Abstract

Im Sommer diesen Jahres hat die sächsische „Personalkommission II“ ihre Empfehlungen vorgelegt. Wichtigste Schlussfolgerung ist, dass es nicht zu einer Verringerung des Personalbestands kommen sollte; vielmehr müssten alle künftig aus demographischen Gründen freiwerdenden Stellen wiederbesetzt werden, um die Handlungsfähigkeit des Staates aufrechtzuerhalten. Der vorliegende Beitrag zeigt hingegen, dass dies weder nötig noch möglich ist. Vielmehr sollte die Politik ihre Prioritätensetzungen überprüfen und ggf. anpassen. Hieraus abgeleitet wäre dann auch der notwendige Personalbestand zu bestimmen.
