Warum bleiben Ausbildungsstellen in Sachsen unbesetzt?

Abstract

Ausbildungsbetriebe in Sachsen kämpfen zunehmend mit Besetzungsschwierigkeiten. Maßgeblich dafür sind zwei Gründe: Erstens streben sächsische Schüler seit einigen Jahren zunehmend eine Hochschulzugangsberechtigung an. Zweitens stimmen die berufliche Orientierung derjenigen, die sich für eine Berufsausbildung entscheiden, und die Berufsangebote der Ausbildungsbetriebe nicht immer überein. Zusätzlich scheinen qualifikatorische Ungleichgewichte die Besetzungsschwierigkeiten zu verschärfen.
