Rating als Strategie- und Risikoberatung für kleine und mittlere Unternehmen

Abstract

Aufgrund der durch Basel II veränderten Kreditvergabepraxis werden sich die Kreditkonditionen in erheblichem Maße stärker spreizen. Da insbesondere der Mittelstand diese Problematik nicht hinreichend erkannt hat, setzt in Sachsen eine Mittelstandsoffensive mit dem Ziel der Strategie- und Risikoberatung (Rating Advisory) zur Beschäftigungssicherung ein. In diesem Beitrag wird das verwendete Ratingverfahren vorgestellt. Einzigartig sind hierbei die explizite Berücksichtigung der Risiken und die Bestimmung der Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeit mittels einer stochastischen Unternehmensplanung.
