Sachsen im Standortwettbewerb gut positioniert : Ergebnisse einer Befragung in Sachsen, Polen, Tschechien und Ungarn

Abstract

Die Ausprägung der harten Standortfaktoren zwischen Sachsen und den östlichen Nachbarländern nähern sich tendenziell an. "Weiche"“ Standortfaktoren - z. B. Motivation der Arbeitskräfte, Investitionsklima, Lebensqualität u. a. - werden deshalb für Standortentscheidungen immer wichtigere Kriterien. Basierend auf Unternehmensbefragungen in Sachsen, Polen, Tschechien und Ungarn wird in dem Beitrag dargestellt, wie die Standortbedingungen in den vier untersuchten Regionen von den Investoren vor Ort beurteilt werden. Hierbei schneidet Sachsen bei den zugrundegelegten Beurteilungskriterien größtenteils günstiger ab als die drei mittel- und osteuropäischen Länder.
