Abstract

Im verarbeitenden Gewerbe der neuen Bundesländer hat sich die seit dem Herbst zu beobachtende tendenzielle Verschlechterung des Geschäftsverlaufs nicht weiter fortgesetzt, die aktuelle Lage galt im Februar und März als befriedigend. Eine Belebung zeichnete sich nach Ansicht der Testteilnehmer für das Sommerhalbjahr nicht ab, positive und negative Stimmen hielten sich lediglich die Waage. Das Geschäftsklima hat sich in den letzten beiden Monaten deutlich eingetrübt, ist aber insgesamt noch als freundlich zu bezeichnen. Die Unternehmen rechneten auch weiterhin kaum mit Impulsen aus dem Ausland.
