Stillegung kerntechnischer Anlagen und Sanierung des Uranerzbergbaus

Abstract

Für die Stillegung öffentlich geförderter kerntechnischer Forschuns- und Prototypanlagen in den alten Bundesländern, kerntechnischer Anlagen in den neuen Bundesländern sowie die Sanierung des Uranerzbergbaus in Sachsen und Thüringen müssen aus dem Steueraufkommen voraussichtlich über 26 Mrd. DM aufgebracht werden. Verzögerungen in den Genehmigungsverfahren führen zu zusätzlichen Nachbetriebs- und Sanierungskosten. Der Bericht faßt die von einer Forschungsgruppe erarbeiteten Vorschläge zur Beschleunigung atom- und strahlenschutzrechtlicher Genehmigungsverfahren sowie zur Kostendämpfung durch Normkonkretisierung zusammen.
