Bundesrepublik Deutschland : Konjunkturperspektiven 1996

Abstract

Der Bericht beinhaltet eine Zusammenfassung der Konjunkturperspektiven für 1996. Die Ergebnisse werden für die alten und neuen Bundesländer getrennt analysiert. Demnach steigt die Veränderung des Bruttoinlandsprodukt von 2,25 auf 2,5 %. Die Zahl der Erwerbstätigen steigt von 34.915.000 auf 35.095.000 leicht an. Dadurch verringert sich die Arbeislosenquote von 9,4 auf 9,2 %. Die Verbraucherpreise liegen weiter konstant bei 2,0 %. Das Leistungsbilanzsaldo wird mit -35,0 Mrd. DM weniger negativ sein als 1995. Das Staatsdefizit dürfte im kommenden Jahr wegen der Fortführung des Sparkurses der Gebietskörberschaften um 15 Mrd. DM auf 94 Mrd. DM sinken, was 2,6 % des nominalen Bruttoinlandsprodukts entspricht. Damit wird die Bundesrepublik das im Vertrag von Maastricht festgelegte Defizitkriterium ebenso wie das Schuldenstandskriterium erfüllen.
