Laut Umfrage : bedenklicher Wertewandel

Abstract

Das ifo Institut befragte 702 Unternehmen, davon 539 in West- und 163 in Ostdeutschland, ob bei Mitarbeitern und Geschäftspartnern Werthaltungen wie Fleiß, Gemeinsinn und Gesetzestreue in der Vergangenheit eher zugenommen, abgenommen oder gleichgeblieben sind. So haben sich nach Einschätzung der Unternehmensvertreter bei den Arbeitskollegen Anspruchsdenken, Freizeitorientierung, Sicherheitsdenken und Egoismus sehr stark ausgebreitet. Gleichzeitig sind Hilfsbereitschaft, Ehrlichkeit, Disziplin, Verantwortungsbewußtsein und Fleiß erheblich zurückgegangen. Hiervon sind Bauwirtschaft und Handel stärker als der Industriesektor und die kleineren Unternehmen (unter 200 Beschäftigte) weniger stark als die größeren betroffen.Bei den Geschäftspartnern wurden besonders negativ die Zahlungsmoral, Fairness und Ehrlichkeit beurteilt.
