Abstract

The present article is trying to approach the organizing theme in such way as to comprise the entire range of aspects that may influence the dimension and the structure of various commercial forms as well as the relationship system which represents the support of their activity. The large diversity of property forms, the amount of invested capital, the modality of using the labour offer, the relationship system established between various companies, and, particularly the dimension and the structure of the sortiment of goods commercialized make the orgasnization forms of the commercial apparatus to become very varied and extremely complex
