Abstract

Improving managerial assitance within military organizations is essential, particularly as modern operations increasingly emphasize agility, resilience, and the psychological well-being of personnel. This article presents a literature review that aggregates and critically examines current research on managerial support, exploring its impact on military personnel and identifying strategies to enhance support systems. By analyzing a range of studies, the article aims to offer a comprehensive perspective on how optimizing managerial support can enhance operational effectiveness and contribute to the well-being of military personnel. Managerial support, especially during the initial adaptation phase, is critical for improving job satisfaction, decreasing attrition, and promoting organizational loyalty. This paper offers a synthesized review of current research on military adaptation, identifies gaps in the literature, and proposes managerial approaches that can improve the integration experience for new recruits.
