The paper also addresses the main challenges faced by managers in navigating an increasingly competitive environment, including performance pressure, financial fluctuations, and maintaining an authentic brand identity. It proposes innovative solutions and presents case studies highlighting best practices, emphasizing long-term sustainability and adaptation to changes in the global sports industry.
