Abstract

Modern management systems increasingly rely on monitoring and its diverse forms of implementation. To some extent today, it can be argued that everything is monitoring with a view to the obtainment of reliable information and knowledge of what has to be done for the achievement of the desired sustainable development. In this line of thinking, tourism is no exception, both at the company level and at the destination level. The need for the creation of a management system for montoring the national tourism of destination Bulgaria and the conceptual vision of its development are the main purpose of writing this paper. The authors believe that the time for this solution has already come and there is nothing to delay any longer.
