Financial banking marketing plays a crucial role in the dynamics of the labor market in Romania, with significant implications on labor supply and demand. On the one hand, the marketing strategies adopted by financial institutions can influence the behavior of consumers and businesses, thus leading to a change in the structure of demand for certain professions and skills. All these transformations taking place on the Romanian labor market will lead to a change and an increase in the demand for financial and banking marketing professionals, to a dynamic consumer competition for products, but also to a challenge for the future of work in the dynamic Romanian economy.
