Abstract

Through European Union funded education projects, facilities can be created to integrate migrants and provide a necessary consultation mechanism for both migrants and competent authorities in the field? Applicative methods can be the levers needed for real and meaningful dialogue between migrants and the local population, such as local authorities and the existence of multipliers among communities, resource persons who successfully represent the "voice" of migrants in dialogue with authorities and with civil society. Research is a way to involve immigrants in the problems they face, their needs and the solutions for information in relation to state institutions, non-governmental organizations, Romanian society in general. The result should lead to the existence of an organized but at the same time culturally adapted framework for expressing the problems and needs of migrants in relation to the authorities, but also for communicating authorities in +relation to migrants. In conclusion, it is necessary promoting the cultural specificity of migrant communities and recognizing their existence among society and the general public. These things can be achieved through an open, multicultural educational system based on empathy and tolerance, compassion and understanding, as perennial values of the European Union. Creating a fertile ground for remittances to contribute to broad based income growth in migrant sending areas is a key to promoting development from migration.
