Abstract

In the market economy, understanding the financial reports is essential for anyone who wants to develop a business. To be efficient and competitive the manager of the company must analyze and interpret the financial information. Managers to have an efficient and profitable activity are obliged to ensure optimization of financing structure. Therefore, it is necessary to the knowledge of the various financing sources on the various markets that allow choosing the less expensive to ensure profitability and solvency of the company under the conditions of maintaining a low level of borrowing risks
