The Private Management - Towards A Sustainable Development Of Public Service Units In Romania

Abstract

A current term in state companies and also in the units of public service, the private management is arousing interest from specialists in the field, is raising questions regarding its effectiveness. In the last period in Romania it was been preferred the private management especially the case of those which are providing services. The results of the professional management application were different from case to case, being successfull or not, depending on the field of activity, but also to the quality of those who acted as the private manager. We have proposed in this paper to present the specificity of private management in the public services in Romania, while striving to present concrete examples of the application of professional management.
