CONTRIBUTION OF SPORTS ADAPT TO LABOUR MARKET INSERTION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES Abstract: People with different types of disabilities, still face significant barriers and prejudices that lead to the failure of their rights and in terms of labour market access is difficult due to the fact that these people do not receive enough support in their transition from education to employment form. The company must give greater importance to the role of sport in social policy and strategy on protection of the disabled person. This is because the sport a positive impact on people and especially on people with disabilities in many areas, including the labour market insertion.
