Abstract

Correlation of industrial structures and their dynamics in the process of environmental degradation has become a criterion for assessing the performance of national economy, given that currently the environment as a whole, is regarded as an economic resource [1 ] .The evolution of dominance of primary sector to the secondary sector and tertiary sector is then a process of natural resource use efficiency that is imput in processing sites. If efficiency does not reach that level but to reduce the negative effects of relative economic development on the environment, we can say that the system is non-performing economy in the long term.
